You can request deletion of your Numo AI account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens.
Email support@numo.ai from any address, with the subject "Delete my account" and your registered phone number. We verify the request and delete your account.
If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first (in the app: Profile → Cancel Subscription, or see our Refund & Cancellation Policy) so you are not charged again.
Your account and the personal data tied to it: phone number, profile (age, gender, height, weight, goal, diet), and your logged meals & nutrition history. Food photos are never stored on our servers, so there is nothing to delete there.
We retain a minimal record of completed transactions (e.g. payment/invoice references held by our payment processor, Razorpay) where required by law and accounting/tax obligations. This does not include any food, health, or profile data.
Verified deletion requests are actioned within 30 days. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
