Numo AI, operated by Inspiration Tech, Bengaluru, India ("we", "our", "us"), provides an AI calorie-tracking service via the Numo website (thenumoai.online) and mobile app. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Phone number: For account creation and login via OTP. Not shared with third parties for marketing.
Profile & goals: Age, gender, height, weight, goal and dietary preferences you enter, used to compute your plan.
Food photos: Photos you scan are sent to the Google Gemini API for nutritional analysis. We do not retain your photos on our servers.
Meal & nutrition data: Stored on your device and our servers to provide tracking.
Payment information: Processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or UPI credentials.
Usage analytics: We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand funnel performance. This includes device/usage data and may use cookies.
Solely to provide and improve Numo: authentication, food analysis, nutrition tracking, processing subscription payments, and measuring our marketing.
We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data anytime by emailing support@numo.ai; we action verified requests within 30 days.
Numo is not intended for users under 18.
Firebase (authentication), Google Gemini (food analysis), Razorpay (payments), Google Analytics & Meta (analytics). Each has its own privacy policy.
