How billing works

₹1 activates a 1-day trial with full access. After the trial, ₹699 is auto-debited every 3 months via your UPI Autopay / card mandate, and renews each quarter until you cancel. You get a notification ~24 hours before every charge.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime — before or after a charge — in two ways:

• In the app: Profile → Cancel Subscription
• Email support@numo.ai with your registered phone number.

Cancellation stops all future auto-debits immediately. You keep access until the end of your current paid period.

Refunds

Trial (₹1): non-refundable (nominal activation fee).

Quarterly charge (₹699): If you cancel before a renewal, you are not charged. If you were charged because you did not cancel in time, email support@numo.ai within 7 days of the charge and we will review and, where eligible, refund the most recent quarterly payment. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We may decline refund requests that fall outside the 7-day window or where significant usage has occurred in the billing period.

Failed payments

If an auto-debit fails, we retry within a grace period before access is paused. You can update your payment method or cancel anytime.
